Love Online At night you creep into my life Through heartfelt words on a flickering screen Love’s talk races through cyberspace; Soulmates joined, though never seen...... Night after night we write of love Tapping keys rapidly in the dark. No one knows my secret joy Or the place you hold in my heart! There are lies online, I’m told-- Falsehoods spread for fun. How do I know that you are true And my chosen one? Will you break my heart, And send me to pain's hated door? Or will you prove to be true And bring me love once more? So many questions plague me, Friends fill my mind with doubt But I return nightly to my screen As joy triumphs over being without.

My Mother’s Day Miracle
We thought that we had lost you, that you were at death’s door, but you fought back again to be with us once more.
And even though you’ve left us, and in days to come we’ll cry, you gave us two last months to let us say good bye.
So here’s my farewell to you, my special, loving mother, you gave me a special life and my sister and my brothers.
You taught us how to laugh and showed us right from wrong. At the end you were still teaching on how to be so strong.
Now go to see our Daddy who’s been waiting all these years. There’s no need to linger, or worry about our tears.
Know we’ll always love you, you’ve helped us all to learn. You’ve given us so much, asking nothing in return.
We will never lose you though we travel many miles. You live on in thoughts and prayers and in our daily smiles.
So we celebrate your life and your loving, happy ways, you showed us one more miracle before you went away.
Now our Daddy waits for you in a place that’s bright with sun, So we say good bye, our mother, Your work on earth is done.
